The board of directors voted to reconfigure our areas. The board can now take on new members, who are interested in serving and representing their area. The reconfiguration is a very exciting concept, and I am thrilled that it came to fruition, as this was one of my goals for my presidency. Thank you to the board of directors for making this idea a reality. We can now take on all of those people who have been waiting on the sideline to get involved. This is a great time to get started, and we look forward to having some new people.  

This year's executive committee is also very exciting. We are set up for many successful years to follow, because we have people in place who want to move your association forward. I look forward to working closely with them and many innovative plans are already in the works.  

This fall is shaping up to be full of social mixers and education seminars, which are being planned right now. So keep your calendar open, for a mixer or seminar is coming to your neighborhood.  

Enjoy the rest of the summer and let's get geared up for the fall season, I think it will be one of the best in recent years. I hope to see many of you at the different events that will be going on, and lets kick some drycleaning butt!
